Luthier Wood Competition Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.

2. The prize draw is being run by Luthier Wood.

3. The prize draw is open to entrants globally over 18 years of age.

4. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.

5. A minimum of one entry per individual is necessary to be in with a chance of winning. Individuals may purchase as many tickets as they wish.

6. To be entered into the prize draw, individuals must purchase a ticket from www.luthierwood.com and answer the competition questions correctly. Individuals may also enter free of charge by sending a postcard with their name, address, phone number, e-mail address and the correct answer to the competition question contained. Only 1 entry per postal entry is permitted (1 competition ticket number allocated per single postal entry. To receive further ticket numbers the entrant must post further individual postcards each containing their details and acorrect answer to the competition question). Postal entrees must to be posted to Luthier Wood, Unit 9B, Meveril Road, Tideswell, Derbyshire, SK17 8PY, England and received before the competition closes at 6pm GMT on Sunday 22nd December 2024. Any postal entrees received after that time and date will be discarded and not included in the prize draw. Postal entrees will receive their ticket number via email shortly after the online ticket sales have ended at the above time and date. This will ensure no tickets numbers are duplicated.

7. Purchased tickets will provide the individual with their unique ticket number. Ticket numbers are generated sequentially, for example purchasing 5 tickets will provide a run of five sequential numbers 1-2-3-4-5. Once the competition ends on the above date and time, the winner will be announced via a live draw on Luthier Wood social media channels. The entrant with the matching ticket number to the randomly generated number will be the winner. The video from this will also be posted on these channels, and the winner will be contacted by email or phone call.

How to enter

8. The prize draw will include all ticket numbers purchased online and via postal entrants received at the time of competition close on the aforementioned time and date. Entries after that time and date will not be included in the draw.

9. To enter the prize draw simply purchase as many tickets as you wish from www.luthierwood.com and answer the competition question correctly. Or enter via post as mentioned above.

10. Luthier Wood will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate. If a the owner of the winning ticket number has provided incorrect contact information there Luthier Wood reserves the right to draw a new winning ticket.

The prize

11. The Grand Prize will be a set of 10 guitar and bass making wood tops, see social media pages or website for full details, and will include free shipping to the winner. A runner up prize consists of a set of Luthier tools as mentioned on Luthier Wood social media pages or www.luthierwood.com.

12. Luthier Wood’s use of particular brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.

13. The winner will be drawn at random and announced during a live stream on our social facebook page (see website for details)

14. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.

15. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.

16. The decision of Luthier Wood regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner announcement

17. The winner will be notified on or after Sunday 22nd December 2024, via live video stream and via the email provided when entering the competition.

18. Luthier Wood will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times.

19. If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and Luthier Wood reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.Luthier Wood Prize Draw Terms and Conditions 2024

Receipt of the prize

20. Please allow 14 days for delivery of the prize or alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement.

Data protection and publicity

21. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Luthier Wood for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.

22. All entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting us at sales@luthierwood.com

23. The winner agrees to the release of their first and last name to any other prize draw participants if requested via Luthier Wood.

24. An announcement of the winner(s) first and last name will be made via Luthier Woods website and social media channels.

25. All personal information shall be used in accordance with Luthier Woods Privacy Notice.

Limitation of Liability

26. Luthier Wood does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize, save that Luthier Wood does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.

27. Luthier Wood does not provide any form of practical or IT support for this prize. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to the product are that of the prize winner.

28. The winner must make themselves available to receive the prize on there day it is due for delivery. Tracking numbers will be provided for the parcel. If the parcel is left by the delivery courier in a safe place or with a neighbour etc at the request of the winner, and is then damaged, stolen or lost then Luthier Wood will not provide any physical or cash replacement, and ticket fees will not be refunded.

General

29. Luthier Wood reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

30. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
