Huge Poplar Burl Slab with all the classic features, vivid flame, dark burl clusters and even some quilted areas. With great colouration and unique character throughout, Poplar Burl slabs of this quality and size are hard to find on UK soil. This slab features the classic dark burl eyes with creamy coloured heartwood and nice Ripple effect in places.
Kiln dried and ready to cut for Guitars or Bass, or can be used for a single piece project such as sideboard tops, table tops, desk tops, kitchen islands etc. As with all burl slabs, it has open bark incursions, splits and cracks that may require filling.
